How to Prepare for a Junk Removal Appointment
Good prep does not mean dragging everything to the curb (unless you want to). It means our crew can move efficiently, protect your floors and walls, and leave with everything you intended—nothing left behind, nothing loaded by mistake.
Before we arrive
- Walk the route from truck parking to the pile—move fragile decor and roll up rugs if needed.
- Keep pets secured; loud equipment and open doors stress animals.
- Label “goes” vs. “stays” if items are in the same room.
- Unlock gates and tell us about stairs, low branches, or narrow passages.
What you do not have to do
You do not need to pre-sort every box. You do need a clear list of what leaves, especially if family members disagree. When in doubt, text photos before arrival day.

How Much Does Junk Removal Cost?
There is no single sticker price for junk removal—and that is actually good news. A fair quote reflects how much space your stuff takes on the truck, how long it takes to load safely, and what disposal or recycling costs look like for your area. Here is how pricing usually works, what makes a job cost more or less, and how to get a number you can trust before we show up.
